Wow, it's been a long time since I've updated my journal. I haven't really thought about it though I don't really have an excuse for not updating other then not wanting to. Anyway, I started classes at the college again, three of them this time, and they're pretty interesting. I have Intro to Archaeology which is really interesting since our professor is a PhD and he's gone on several archaeological digs and has a lot of stories. I'm also taking Public Speaking since I'm a complete nervous wreck when I get up to talk in front of people and I hope I'll get over it in that class. And finally, I'm taking English 100. It's pretty simple but our professor is cool because she set up a website for us to do blogging and things like that for a grade. It's pretty interesting.

On another note, my cousin, who is three years younger than me, has been staying with us since mid-August. Originally, she was going to stay with us until she finished high school in two years because of her parents' divorce, but she couldn't stand to be away from her friends and boyfriend for that long (note sarcasm, very thick sarcasm). She's a good kid and all, but she's got some major issues that are just rubbing me the wrong way. At the moment, she is visiting with an old friend about an hour and a half away, so I have my room to myself until Friday, for which I am very grateful. And then on the 16th, she will be moving in with her dad, so I will have my room and all my space back. She tries to drag me everywhere and go everywhere at every minute of every day while I actually have homework and things I'd like to do. She just can't sit still, so now that she's moving back, I'll actually have a stress-free environment to do my homework.

Okay, sorry for the rant there, but it just had to be said. But other than the issue with my cousin, everything's been okay. I just miss my friends very much and wish I could visit or they could come visit me.
